I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean and lovely, serviced again on the same day I checked in, and positioned to offer privacy and keep outside noise away. The staff's service was exceptional, always courteous, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location was really convenient, just a short walk from Burjuman Mall Metro station, making it super easy to explore the city. However, the dining options were a bit lacking, and the food was not as good as expected.

My stay at the hotel was just perfect for what I wanted. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I must give a special thank you to Ms. Veronica for her amazing and fast service. However, the price for the water bottle was a bit high. Overall, a great experience!
